Back to Basics: Our Hair Extensions pack is Ms Reliable. Dealing with everything from extension frizziness to dryness and dehydration with ease, our Hair Repair Shampoo and Conditioner duo guarantees that luscious, salon-quality texture and look. Designed especially for extensions, both products seal in moisture to prevent breakage and prolong the life of your extensions.

The Hair Extensions do not receive your natural scalp oils so you need to add moisture every wash.
If you don’t moisturise your extensions they will become brittle and break easily leading to split and ratty ends. Ensure you brush out all knots before you wash your hair, swim, or sleep. Start at the bottom and work your way up slowly using a soft brush.
When washing the hair, always wash it going in a downward motion. Do not mix it all together as it will create unnecessary tangles. Dry by absorbing water with a towel. Never dry with a scrubbing action. Before brushing the hair, add leave in conditioner as this will make it easier to brush when the hair is dry, use oil serum if necessary.
Before swimming, comb your hair so it is free of tangles and put an oil or treatment in and tie it into two plats After swimming, carefully comb out any tangles that may be present, starting from the bottom.
When you receive your hair extensions please open the smaller tester located at the bottom box.
Please see if the tester hair extension matches your hair or is the desired colour you ordered, when happy with the tester open the main box to receive your new hair extensions.
Once the main box has been opened they can not be returned or refunded.
